The Technical Lead position will be accountable for performing and overseeing the application of all LINE-X core services. Key responsibilities also include ensuring safety guidelines are met, and reporting supply and product needs to the store manager. This is a full-time position.

Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

· Ability to install/apply all required core products and services

· Thorough technical understanding of LINE-X core service applications including bedliners, toppers, tonneau covers, hitches, undercoating, window tint and more

· Daily communication between sales and technicians to review workload and schedule

· Ensure spray equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE) are maintained and ready for operation/use

· Training and supervising product applications/installations

· Prepare vehicles for applications/installations

· Help keep shop and other work areas clean and orderly

· Follow safety measures prescribed by the manager

· Professional customer service

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma

· Certification in relevant category is a plus

· 2+ years of relevant experience
