The Sales Representative position will be responsible for selling products and services while providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities also include generating and managing sales leads, meeting sales monthly goals, and meeting customer needs.

Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Professional phone etiquette
• Scheduling product installations
• Seek to understand customer needs
• Identify customer trends
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and co-workers
• Respond immediately to leads and customer requests
• Punctual and dependable
• Be familiar with Hostetler product offering and services
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• BS/BA Degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience
