We Install Trailer Floors – Usually in One Day

We use 1 5/16" thick plank-type flooring with ship-lapped edges in your choice of OAK or APITONG lumber.

OAK – The oak that we use is native to our area and is normally 6' to 8'
in length and should be treated to resist weathering.

APITONG – This lumber is used in most new trailers. It is imported from Malaysia and looks
much like our California Redwood. It comes in lengths from 8' to 18'which reduces
the number of splices required to install a floor. Its most important attribute is a
heavy pitch in the lumber which repels water and does not need any preservative treatment.

We offer "One Day Service" by appointment. We can remove and install your new floor in usually one day while you wait.

  Step 1

First we remove the old trailer flooring and screws—taking it down to the bare crossmembers. Due to heavy use or age of trailer, the crossmembers may be damaged or rusty and may need to be repaired before installing a new floor.

Step 2

We then install the new floor using your choice of either OAK or APITONG lumber. Both are plank-type floors with ship-lapped edges for a tight deck. We use (2) 5/16” floor screws per crossmember on each plank to securely attach
the floor to the crossmembers.

  Step 3

YOUR TRAILER IS DONE! Once completed, you have a new floor that is water tightand ready to work. And We Do It All
In One Day!
